Vivência: KUM NYE
Every Saturday, 15/08/2026 to 26/09/2026, 10:00 - 11:30 am
In a world shaped by constant busyness and sensory overload, Kum Nye invites you into a different way of being: a return to feeling.
Through conscious breathing, mindful awareness, and gentle movements, this Tibetan practice encourages deep relaxation, helping to release physical and mental tension that blocks the natural flow of vital energy.
Over the course of seven in-person sessions, you will be guided through an experience that cultivates greater presence, balance, and connection between body, mind, and emotions.
During the course, you will:
- Learn the philosophical foundations of Kum Nye, the Tibetan yoga tradition.
- Practice simple exercises that can be integrated into everyday life to cultivate greater energy, sensitivity, and presence.
- Experience guided sessions focused on deep relaxation and the activation of the body's natural energy flow in an intimate group of 4 to 10 participants.
The course is open to anyone interested in cultivating well-being and self-awareness, with no previous experience in yoga required.
